The program featured approximately 200 amateur performers from four ethnic minority performing arts groups: Thai, Mong, Giay, and Lu, from the communes and wards of Doan Ket, Tan Phong, Ta Leng, Khun Ha, Khong Lao, and Phong Tho. The groups took turns showcasing their cultural colors in a street carnival format, featuring folk songs, folk dances, musical instrument performances, and unique folk games.

Along the streets, performers in traditional costumes blend together in performances showcasing the rich cultural identity of the ethnic groups, creating a vibrant and diverse cultural tapestry. Locals and tourists have the opportunity to directly enjoy the artistic performances and learn more about the customs, costumes, and cultural life of the ethnic minority communities in the province.

Notably, the program features 54 participating artisans, symbolizing the 54 ethnic groups of Vietnam, contributing to creating a space for interaction and connection between generations, so that traditional cultural values can be continued and spread in contemporary life.
