The program took place at the roundabout stage on Dong Da Lake, with the participation of representatives from agencies and units, officers and soldiers of the armed forces, veterans, and a large number of officials, party members, and people in the area.
Participating in the performance were artists and actors from the Vietnam National Opera and Ballet Theatre, the Vietnam National Academy of Music, Hanoi University of Culture, the Huong Sac Viet Art Troupe, and veterans from O Cho Dua ward.
Speaking at the event, Deputy Chairperson of the People's Committee of O Cho Dua Ward, Dang Thi Mai, emphasized that the art program was "a unique spiritual gift, a tribute to the generations of ancestors," and also contributed to "awakening pride, love for the homeland, fostering confidence and aspirations for progress among the people of O Cho Dua Ward."

The highlight of the program is the artistic performances staged in three chapters: "Hanoi - Proud Melodies," "The Spirit of the Capital - Footprints of Soldiers," and "Hanoi Today - Aspirations for the Future." The performances are presented in various forms such as choral singing, duets, singing and dancing, bamboo flute solos, T'rưng instrument solos, and two-stringed fiddle trios, creating a diverse range of artistic colors. Simultaneously, they take the audience through a range of emotions about Hanoi, from its heroic traditions and the imprint of soldiers to the image of the capital today and its aspirations for the future.

Through timeless melodies, the program is a tribute to previous generations, while also contributing to fostering pride, love for the homeland, faith, and aspirations for progress, continuing to work together to build a more civilized, modern, and sustainably developed capital city.
