The conference was attended by leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, along with key officials, branch secretaries, heads of the Fatherland Front working committees, heads of residential groups, and officials and specialists from agencies under the ward.
At the conference, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Viet Thong, Senior Lecturer and former Secretary General of the Central Theoretical Council, directly delivered the content.
The conference focused on studying and thoroughly understanding Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2026, of the Politburo on the Strategy for Ideological Work in the New Context; Directive No. 07-CT/TW dated July 13, 2026, of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and practice of Ho Chi Minh's thought, ethics, methods, and style in the new development stage"; and Directive No. 47-CT/TW dated May 23, 2025, of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership over public opinion work in the new situation.
The conference focused on clarifying the core contents of Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW on the strategy of ideological work in the new context; and the need to improve the quality and effectiveness of ideological work to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
Regarding Directive No. 07-CT/TW, the focus of the dissemination is on promoting the study and practice of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, methods, and style in the new development stage, linking the study with the practical work of cadres and Party members.
The conference also disseminated Directive No. 47-CT/TW, which emphasized the need to strengthen the Party's leadership over public opinion work; and to enhance responsibility in grasping, disseminating, and guiding public opinion in the new situation.
According to the Party Committee of Dinh Cong Ward, the conference aimed to unify understanding and enhance the responsibility of cadres, Party members, and core forces at the grassroots level in researching, disseminating, and implementing resolutions and directives; contributing to bringing the Party's policies into local practice. The conference's content was implemented according to the ward Party Committee's plans for researching, studying, understanding, disseminating, and organizing the implementation of resolutions and directives of the Politburo and the Secretariat.
