The leaders of An Binh ward reported on the results of their work over the past nine months.

Over the past nine months, the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee have closely followed the leadership of the City Party Committee, proactively concretizing policies into programs and work plans that are appropriate to the local situation.

Organizational, personnel, inspection, and supervision work was implemented synchronously; digitization and data updating were carried out, gradually improving the Party member database to serve the management, exploitation, and use of information in the digital environment; the restructuring and streamlining of Party organizations and schools were completed; 53 new Party members were developed, achieving 101.92% of the annual target.

The economy continued to grow steadily; industrial and handicraft production value reached 80.11% of the annual target; trade and service value reached 80.11% of the annual target; total retail sales of goods and service revenue reached 76.23% of the annual target; state budget revenue reached 133.30% of the annual estimate; 130 new businesses were established, reaching 260% of the annual plan; the disbursement of public investment capital reached 79.72%; urban management was strengthened; the rate of online public service usage by citizens and businesses reached 94.59%.

The cultural, social , educational, health, and social welfare sectors are well-cared for by ward officials; national defense and security are maintained.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tam, Standing Committee Member and Head of the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee, delivered a speech guiding the conference.

In his remarks at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tam requested that the ward leaders continue to review and propose specific solutions to address difficulties in achieving the targets and tasks for 2026; improve the quality of cadre evaluation, review professional expertise in relation to job positions to appropriately assign and deploy cadres; continue to arrange and consolidate personnel in public service units; develop the Party while focusing on creating a pool of potential members; improve the quality and application of technology in the activities and operation of Party branches; complete the inspection and supervision work for 2026; and that the Ward People's Council strengthen supervision and monitor the results of responding to voters' suggestions and recommendations.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tam suggested that ward leaders proactively develop planning projects according to their assigned functions, duties, and authority; manage capital in basic construction flexibly and allocate funds effectively to important projects; focus on leading and successfully organizing the election of neighborhood leaders; maintain the "Digital Literacy Movement"; train staff in knowledge and skills for working in the digital environment; organize safe, healthy, economical, and educational holidays, anniversaries, and events…

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tam presented the Third-Class Labor Medal to Mr. Tran Le Binh, Secretary of the Party Committee of An Binh Ward, for his outstanding achievements in his work, contributing to the building of socialism and the defense of the Fatherland.
