Phu Hoa district achieved 137% of its annual plan for admitting new party members.

Pham Hoang Nam, Standing Committee member and Head of the Organization Department of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee, presented the Prime Minister's commendation certificates to two individuals.

On the afternoon of October 6th, the Executive Committee of the Phu Hoa Commune Party Committee held its 5th (expanded) meeting to evaluate the results of tasks performed in the third quarter and the first nine months of the year, and to outline key directions and tasks for the last three months of 2026. Mr. Pham Hoang Nam, Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Organization Department of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee, attended and directed the meeting.

In the past nine months, the commune planted 5,398 hectares of autumn-winter rice, achieving 100% of the plan; and expanded the model of raising snakehead fish in combination with dolphin fish, initially yielding positive results. In addition, budget revenue reached 84.34% of the projected amount; public investment disbursement reached 81.6% of the plan; the rate of online public services reached 93.6%; and the health insurance participation rate reached 96.28%.

In Party building work, the commune has cleaned up Party member data in the 4.0 era. The "Digital Front - Listening to the People" model mobilized over 4.5 billion VND from social contributions to build 3 rural traffic bridges.

In his directive speech, Standing Committee member and Head of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, Pham Hoang Nam, requested the commune to continue strengthening its Party organization, improving the quality of cadres and Party members; innovating leadership methods, staying close to the grassroots, and proactively resolving difficulties. At the same time, he emphasized the importance of planning, training, and nurturing key cadres, preparing human resources for the next term.

On this occasion, one individual was awarded the Third-Class Labor Medal; two individuals received commendations from the Prime Minister for their achievements in their work, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland; and six collectives and twelve individuals received commendations from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
