The Party Committee and Party branch of Phuc Loc village, along with youth union members, are supporting the people in applying information technology and digital transformation .
The Phuc Loc village Party branch has 127 members and was formed from the merger of the villages of Phuc Thanh, Thu Loc, and Tien Trang. Immediately after its establishment, the Party committee and branch directed Party members and mass organizations to promote activities, implement movements, and strive to successfully complete assigned tasks.
Ms. Le Thi Nga, Secretary of the Phuc Loc Village Party Branch, said: “The Party Committee and Party Branch have discussed and agreed on key tasks for the remaining months of the year. These tasks have been included in a resolution for all Party members and the people to implement. The Party Committee assigns Party members to be in charge of each group of households, working with the Front Committee to carry out each task, prioritizing urgent issues. Initially, we are organizing support for people to apply information technology and digital transformation in their daily lives; mobilizing the people, philanthropists, and expatriates to contribute funds to upgrade the public address system... After nearly a month of implementation, the Party Committee and Party Branch have raised nearly 100 million VND, installed 6 speakers along with wiring, replaced the amplifier; and successfully organized the National Security Protection Day.”
The Party Committee of Tien Trang commune currently has 36 grassroots Party organizations with 1,239 Party members. Recognizing that Party branches are the "nucleus" of leadership at the grassroots level, the Standing Committee of the commune's Party Committee focuses on innovating and improving the effectiveness of Party branch activities in a practical manner, closely aligned with the local situation. In particular, the Standing Committee of the commune's Party Committee emphasizes strengthening the organization and improving the quality of Party committee members and branch secretaries. Tasks are assigned to Party committee members in specific fields, areas, and branches, thereby enabling the Standing Committee to closely monitor the situation at the grassroots level, promptly identify difficulties and obstacles, and provide guidance for their resolution. Simultaneously, training and professional development in Party work, branch meeting management skills, and mass mobilization capabilities are prioritized.
From the beginning of 2026 to the present, the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee has organized 15 conferences to disseminate, implement, and guide the tasks for the secretaries, deputy secretaries of Party branches, and Party committee members of affiliated Party organizations. Through these conferences, the awareness and responsibility of comrades in the Party committees and branches, especially the leaders, have been enhanced.
Along with that, the commune Party Committee focused on directing efforts to improve the quality of Party branch meetings. Party branches maintained regular meetings, gradually overcoming the problem of formalistic meetings; the content of the meetings was linked to the local political tasks and practical issues at the grassroots level. During the meetings, the Party committee encouraged Party members to participate in discussions, contribute opinions, promote democracy, and uphold individual responsibility. Issues directly related to the lives of the people were discussed, and solutions were agreed upon. The role of self-criticism and criticism within the Party branches was promoted, promptly detecting, preventing, and strictly handling cadres and Party members who had deteriorated in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle, exhibiting "self-evolution" and "self-transformation."
Another important aspect is strengthening the inspection, supervision, and management of Party members. Party committees should focus on monitoring the performance of Party organizations and members, promptly reminding and correcting shortcomings, while also commending collectives and individuals who perform well. This contributes to maintaining discipline and order within the Party, enhancing the sense of responsibility and the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members.
Mr. Hoang Bui Son, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tien Trang commune, said: “The commune Party Committee links the enhancement of leadership capacity of Party branches with the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, building cultural life, ensuring national defense and security, and caring for the people's lives. Party committees at the grassroots level play a key political role, mobilizing cadres, Party members, and the people to implement the Party's guidelines and resolutions, and the State's policies and laws . Through practical implementation, the leadership role of the Party organization is gradually becoming clearer, contributing to strengthening the people's trust in the local Party committee and government.”
