Issuing over 112 million shares as dividend payments.
Besides personnel changes, KDH is implementing a plan to issue shares to pay dividends for 2025.
On October 8, 2026, the company will finalize the list of shareholders to allocate the right to receive stock dividends. According to the plan, KDH expects to issue 112.22 million shares, with an exercise ratio of 10%. Therefore, shareholders owning 100 shares will receive an additional 10 new shares. The total value of the issuance at par value is over VND 1,122 billion. The source of the issuance will be from accumulated undistributed after-tax profits as of the end of 2025, based on the company's audited financial statements.
ESOP issuance at a price of VND 12,000 per share.
Alongside the dividend payment plan, KDH is implementing a stock issuance program for employees (ESOP). Specifically, the company plans to offer 10.864 million ESOP shares, equivalent to 0.968% of the outstanding shares. The issue price is VND 12,000 per share, expected to raise nearly VND 130.4 billion.
The registration and payment period for ESOP shares runs from September 29th to October 12th, 2026. These shares will be subject to a one-year transfer restriction from the date the issuance ends. According to KDH, all proceeds from the issuance will be used to supplement working capital for business operations.
Based on the provided trading price, KDH shares are currently trading at around VND 15,800 per share. Therefore, the ESOP issuance price of VND 12,000 per share is approximately 24% lower than the market price. If both issuance options are completed, KDH will issue a total of over 123 million shares, thereby increasing its charter capital from over VND 11,220 billion to over VND 12,450 billion.
