Regarding people's health insurance benefits, not all cases where patients purchase medicine or medical equipment themselves are covered by the fund.
Refunds for direct costs will only be made when participants fully meet the conditions stipulated in Articles 58, 59, and 60 of Decree No. 188/2025/ND-CP.
