According to the plan, from October 6th to 8th, the Long Dien Commune Military Service Council will conduct preliminary health screenings for military service for over 2,000 young men; and also conduct preliminary screenings for 20 young men to perform military service in the People's Public Security Force.

During the inspection, Lieutenant Colonel Phan Thanh Phong, Deputy Chief of Staff of the An Giang Provincial Military Command and Head of the inspection team, requested the commune's Military Service Council to thoroughly understand the situation, closely manage the number of young men; organize the preliminary health screening seriously and in accordance with regulations, ensuring quality, as a basis for carrying out the selection and recruitment of citizens for military service in 2027.
