Notably, the event's reach extends beyond the fixed heritage site. Through a series of live parades on the pedestrian street, live television broadcasts by Vietnam Television (VTV), and a digital communication strategy in collaboration with the Meta platform, the festival has reached a wide audience nationwide and internationally.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Lam Thi Phuong Thanh affirmed that, for Vietnam, culture is both the spiritual foundation of society and a goal, driving force, and resource for national development. Preserving heritage is not just about safeguarding values from the past, but about ensuring that heritage continues to thrive in contemporary life, creating new values.

Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Lam Thi Phuong Thanh delivered a speech at the closing ceremony.
The success of the Festival demonstrates the immense potential of the cultural industries. When heritage, performing arts, film, cuisine , and tourism are brought together in a creative space, they transform into intrinsic strengths, enhancing competitiveness and spreading the nation's 'soft power'.
The artistic highlight of the closing ceremony was a spectacular two-part performance program: 'Colors Meet' and 'Greetings from Vietnam'. The closing stage was a blend of sounds and dances deeply rooted in the traditions of Iran , the Russian Federation, Mexico, Myanmar, and Belgium, along with the rich artistic essence of the host country. The performances took the audience from the roots of heritage to a contemporary Vietnam that is dynamic, open, and ready to connect. At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee also presented commemorative plaques to honor the international art troupes.

The closing ceremony was vibrant with diverse performances by artists from many countries around the world.
Building on the success of the two previous editions, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will continue to collaborate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Hanoi People's Committee, UNESCO, and international partners to develop the World Cultural Festival into an annual international cultural exchange platform with its own unique brand and identity.
