Speaking at the closing ceremony, Ms. Lam Thi Phuong Thanh emphasized: For Vietnam, culture is both the spiritual foundation of society and a goal, driving force, and resource for national development. Concluding the four-day festival, from Hanoi – City for Peace, the event sent a message to international friends: Respect differences to understand each other better; share values to connect with each other more; and cooperate culturally to jointly create a civilized, peaceful, cooperative, and developed world.

Comrade Lam Thi Phuong Thanh delivered a speech.

This year's festival has generated widespread public interest, not only at Thang Long Imperial Citadel but also in public spaces and on various media platforms.

This year's festival is even more significant as it coincides with Vietnam's 50th anniversary of joining UNESCO; marking half a century of Vietnam's journey from a country emerging from war to an active, responsible member, increasingly proactively contributing initiatives to common issues of UNESCO and the international community.

The organizing committee presented commemorative plaques to the countries and organizations participating in the festival.

The closing arts program consisted of two parts: "Colors Meet" and "Greetings from Vietnam," featuring performances by Vietnamese and international art troupes and artists. The performances created a beautiful image of the connection between cultures and peoples under the Hanoi sky.

Building on the success of the two previous festivals, the Organizing Committee is gradually developing the World Cultural Festival in Hanoi into a prestigious international cultural exchange and cooperation platform, held annually, with its own unique identity and producing concrete collaborative results.
