At the event, the Provincial Land Development Center introduced a list of 45 land plots and properties slated for auction, with a total area of approximately 1.92 million m². Of these, the western area comprises 14 plots, covering approximately 753,805 m²; the eastern area comprises 31 plots, covering approximately 1.17 million m².

The list includes land plots for urban development, housing, commercial and service purposes, and several other properties located throughout the province. Notable in the list are urban areas in Tan An; housing projects in Binh Kien, Tan Lap, and the Tuy Hoa area; commercial and service land plots along important transportation routes in Buon Ma Thuot ward; and several mixed-use land plots, former office buildings, and central land plots in the eastern area.
According to Mr. Vu Thanh Hung, Director of the Provincial Land Development Center, the introduction of the list aims to help businesses and investors have more information to research investment opportunities; and at the same time create conditions for direct exchange on needs, types of projects and contents related to each land area.
To expedite the auction of these land plots, the Center is focusing on reviewing and completing the dossiers; coordinating to accelerate land clearance, extracting land records, determining planning information, developing auction plans, and advising on the determination of the starting price.

The center also commits to enhancing transparency and openness of information; providing clear guidance on the required documents, procedures, and conditions for participating in auctions; and receiving and coordinating the handling of legitimate requests from businesses and investors in accordance with regulations.
The information presented at the program serves as a basis for businesses and investors to conduct research. For each land plot, the area, planning, participation conditions, starting price, and auction schedule will be officially announced in the auction notice and documents as prescribed.
