Representing the commune leadership were Comrade Nguyen Tien Toan – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council; Comrade Nguyen Thi Huong – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Comrade Nguyen Quy Manh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee; along with members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, leaders of the People's Committee, departments, branches, the Fatherland Front Committee, and political and social organizations of the commune.

Also attending the conference were representatives from businesses and cooperatives, members of the Executive Committee of the Farmers' Association of Tien Bo commune for the 2025-2030 term; Party branch secretaries, heads of the Fatherland Front Committee, village heads; heads and deputy heads of the Farmers' Association branches; members of professional Farmers' Association branches and groups; outstanding production and business members; and members of the Tien Bo village digital transformation support team.

The launch of the "Digital Farmers' Association" model in Tien Bo village demonstrates the determination of the commune's Farmers' Association in innovating its operational methods, accompanying members in accessing and applying digital technology to association work, labor, production, and agricultural product promotion.

The model focuses on practical actions: supporting members in using digital platforms, gradually forming the habit of keeping electronic production logs, implementing traceability, sharing information, and connecting product consumption. From the pilot branch, the Farmers' Association of the commune hopes to spread the spirit of proactive learning, joint practice, and mutual support in digital transformation to other branches in the area.

Following the launch program at the commune's People's Committee hall, delegates visited, participated in training, and connected with production at the Hanoi Green Cooperative; they also witnessed the signing ceremony of a memorandum of cooperation between the Lien Minh Commune Farmers' Association and the Hanoi Green Cooperative.
This initiative opens up opportunities to strengthen coordination between the Association and cooperatives, support farmers in accessing integrated production methods, gradually standardize raw material areas, apply technology, and enhance the value of local agricultural products.
From small-scale operations to changes in mindset and practices – the Lien Minh Commune Farmers' Association, together with its members, is building a green, interconnected agricultural system with traceable agricultural products, enabling farmers to gradually master technology!
