Meeting between the Vietnamese Ministry of Defence and the National Council of the Cambodian Front for National Solidarity and Development.

During the talks, both sides highly appreciated the results of implementing the contents of the Minutes of the 8th Session, signed in Ho Chi Minh City.
In Ho Chi Minh City, the 9th meeting between the Ministry of National Defence of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the National Council of the Cambodian Fatherland Front for Solidarity and Development took place from October 1st to 3rd, focusing on evaluating the results of the implementation of projects to build, repair, renovate, and beautify the Vietnam-Cambodia Friendship Monument and outlining directions for future cooperation.

Both sides agreed to continue managing, preserving, and promoting the value of the Friendship Monuments, considering them as exemplary historical and cultural landmarks.
The Vietnamese Ministry of National Defence delegation was led by Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Gau, Deputy Minister of National Defence. The Cambodian delegation was led by Ms. Samdech Men Sam An, Chairperson of the National Council of the Cambodian Front for National Solidarity and Development.
A miraculous birth of triplets at Phenikaa University Hospital.


After more than 200 days of intensive monitoring and care, the three babies, weighing between 900 and 1,000 grams, were discharged from the hospital together.
A remarkable case of triplets was recently recorded at Phenikaa University Hospital in Hanoi , where the first baby was born prematurely at 27 weeks and 6 days, weighing 900 grams. Doctors then closely monitored the babies and decided to keep the remaining two in the womb for over 36 hours before performing a cesarean section. The case involved the collaboration of multiple specialties, from fetal medicine, genetics, obstetrics, anesthesiology and resuscitation, neonatology, to pharmacy, to ensure continuous care for both mother and babies. This is recorded as the first case of delayed triplet birth in Vietnam.
Nearly 400 people participated in a fire safety drill at Xuyen A General Hospital.


The scenario involves a short circuit in the control room of the oncology and radiotherapy treatment center, where many critically ill patients are concentrated.
The Ho Chi Minh City Police, in coordination with Xuyen A General Hospital, conducted a fire and rescue drill simulating an electrical short circuit in the oncology and radiotherapy treatment area. Toxic smoke spread rapidly, trapping 375 people and injuring 20, while a traffic accident blocked access. Over 140 officers and soldiers, along with numerous specialized vehicles, were mobilized to fight the fire, conduct search and rescue operations, and evacuate people and property to safety.
