On the morning of October 3rd, in Khanh Hoa, the Naval Academy organized a training conference on information security, cybersecurity, digital transformation , and digital literacy for cadets at the platoon level in 2026. The program aims to equip future officers with modern thinking and practical technological skills.

At the conference, participants received a comprehensive update on new policies and directions regarding information security, cybersecurity, and digital transformation from the State level, the Ministry of National Defence , to the Navy. The main content included an introduction to the digital transformation support system, guidance on utilizing common software within the Ministry of National Defence, as well as methods for learning and assessing digital skills on online platforms.

In addition to theory, the program emphasizes hands-on practice at the Learning Resource Center. Apply information technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital tools to support scientific research, self-study, and teamwork. Master the rules for ensuring information security, cybersecurity, and protecting personal data during the process.
