Within the framework of the program, Hanoi signed a cooperation agreement with 10 provinces and cities, including Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Phu Tho, Son La, Gia Lai, Quang Ngai, Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak, Hue City, and Can Tho City, regarding the organization of activities at the Vietnam Ethnic Groups Cultural and Tourism Village.

The signing contributes to strengthening the links between localities in preserving and promoting the cultural values ​​of Vietnamese ethnic groups, while also creating conditions for localities to introduce and promote their unique cultural values ​​to people and tourists.

On October 3rd and 4th, the Vietnam National Village of Ethnic Cultures and Tourism hosted numerous exhibitions, performances, cultural exchanges, and experiences. Hanoi showcased the Thang Long - Hanoi cultural space along with 20 booths promoting traditional craft village products, OCOP products, and other typical products of the city.

Following the launch event, the "Vietnamese Culture Day in Hanoi" program is scheduled to take place from November 21 to 24, 2026, in the pedestrian area around Hoan Kiem Lake.

This activity aims to create a space for connection, exchange, and promotion of Vietnamese culture; encouraging people to participate in preserving, practicing, creating, and enjoying cultural values.
