Attending the meeting were: Comrade Tong Thanh Binh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Hoang Quoc Khanh - Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; the Provincial Border Guard Command; local Party committees and authorities; and 18 heads of the Fatherland Front Committees of the villages.

Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Ha Thi Nga, Vice Chairwoman and Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, acknowledged and praised the dedicated and responsible contributions of the heads of the Fatherland Front committees in the villages of Sin Suoi Ho commune.

The comrade suggested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and the heads of the Fatherland Front Committees in the area continue to innovate the content and methods of their activities; be closely involved with the local area, be close to and listen to the people; improve the quality of the Fatherland Front Committees' activities after village reorganization; promote their role in implementing grassroots democracy, social supervision and criticism, and participating in building the Party and government. Each head of the Fatherland Front Committee needs to continue to cultivate their courage, qualities, and skills in mobilizing the masses, dialogue, reconciliation, and applying technology; truly be close to the people, understand the people, and gain the people's trust.

The Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the officers and soldiers of the Sin Suoi Ho Border Guard Station in fulfilling the tasks assigned by the Party, State, and military. He also requested that the officers and soldiers continue to uphold their spirit and responsibility, maintain political security and social order in the border area; actively advise and coordinate with local Party committees and authorities to effectively carry out propaganda work; participate in socio-economic development in the locality, contributing to the firm protection of national border security and sovereignty in the new situation.
