Comrade Nguyen Cong Hoang, a member of the 16th National Assembly and Director of Thai Nguyen Central Hospital, informed voters about the planned program and content of the Second Session of the 16th National Assembly.

During the meeting, representatives of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation informed voters about the planned agenda and content of the Second Session. Accordingly, the session is scheduled to open on October 17th and close on November 20th, 2026. The National Assembly is expected to consider and approve 45 draft laws and resolutions; and also decide on many important issues related to socio- economic development , finance, budget, supervision, and other important matters. Information on the planned agenda items helps voters fully understand the program and provides a basis for submitting opinions and recommendations to the Provincial National Assembly Delegation regarding issues of public concern.

Expressing their expectations for the Second Session, voters in Quan Trieu ward highly appreciated the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation in the past period, and at the same time reflected on and suggested a number of issues directly related to the lives of the people and the work of state management at the grassroots level.

Regarding policies for village and neighborhood officials, voters requested that the National Assembly pay attention to researching and improving appropriate mechanisms and policies. According to voters, after the reorganization of administrative units, the management area is larger, the population is greater, and the workload and requirements for village and neighborhood officials have also increased. Therefore, appropriate policies are needed to motivate, encourage, and create conditions for this team to successfully fulfill their duties.

Voters in Quan Trieu ward present their petition.

One of the issues of great concern to many voters is disaster prevention and control, especially solutions for preventing, responding to, and mitigating the consequences of floods and landslides. Voters in Quan Trieu ward expressed their delight at the province's recent investment in many projects aimed at improving disaster prevention and adaptation capabilities; they also requested that all levels and sectors continue to accelerate progress and ensure the quality and effectiveness of these projects. This will proactively minimize risks, protect lives and property, and stabilize the lives of the people, especially those living along the Cau River.

Opinions and suggestions within the scope of authority were discussed and addressed directly by the leaders of Quan Trieu ward and representatives of provincial departments and agencies. For issues falling under the authority of the Central Government, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation received and compiled them for forwarding to the National Assembly and relevant authorities for consideration and resolution.

Through contact with constituents before each session, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation continues to grasp the thoughts, aspirations, and practical issues arising from the grassroots level, promptly compiling and reflecting the legitimate opinions and recommendations of constituents to the National Assembly, contributing to improving the effectiveness of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation's activities and meeting the requirements and aspirations of the people.
