The National Assembly delegation for constituency No. 3 includes the following delegates: Colonel Nguyen Tan Linh, Party Committee member, Deputy Commander of Military Region 7; Nguyen Cong Long, member and full-time delegate at the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice ; and Bui Xuan Thong, City Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the full-time delegation of the National Assembly of Dong Nai City.
During the meeting, representatives of the National Assembly delegation from constituency No. 3 informed voters about the expected content and program of the 2nd Session of the 16th National Assembly; and also reported on the activities of the Dong Nai City National Assembly Delegation since the 1st Session of the 16th National Assembly.

After hearing the information presented, voters from Xuan Que and Xuan Duong communes raised many opinions and suggestions related to people's lives. Specifically, voters were concerned about social insurance policies; land and housing planning and management; investment in and upgrading of transportation routes; and compensation and land clearance for transportation projects. Voters also made suggestions regarding compensation for the construction of the road in Hamlet 4, Highway 25, in the area of the former Song Nhan commune; investment in a road leading to the former Xuan Que cemetery; and several other issues related to transportation infrastructure in the area.

In addition, voters expressed their appreciation for the positive changes in the operation of the two-tiered local government apparatus, especially the younger and more dynamic staff. Voters also suggested strengthening measures to prevent and combat corruption and waste; imposing strict penalties for counterfeit goods, fake products, and commercial fraud, thereby protecting consumer rights…
The opinions and suggestions of the voters were discussed and clarified by representatives of relevant agencies, departments, localities, and delegates from National Assembly constituency No. 3, addressing issues within their jurisdiction. For issues not resolved during the meeting, the National Assembly constituency No. 3 recorded and compiled them for forwarding to the relevant agencies for consideration and resolution within their authority.
