A performance by an art troupe from India.

Performing arts troupes from various continents participated in the performances, showcasing different forms of music , musical instruments, and unique aspects of each nation's cultural life, contributing to increased understanding and connection between cultures.

In an interview with the Culture reporter, Charishma, a dance teacher from India and representative of the Indian art troupe performing on stage, said that in this event, they had two performances by Vietnamese female students and young children.

The Vietnamese female students performed a cheerful act, while the children performed a piece about Hanuman – the name of a revered deity. The performance showcased the power and cultural values ​​conveyed through Indian dance art.

Teacher Charishma shared that this is the second year the Indian art troupe has participated in the performance. The performances in the first year were truly memorable experiences , as performing alongside representatives from many countries created a special and meaningful sense of connection.  

At this year's World Cultural Festival, Ms. Charishma expressed her joy and pride in being a part of the event, performing and introducing Indian culture to the Vietnamese people through the art of dance .

At the Myanmar booth, the performing arts troupe is ready for their performances at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel stage.

In an interview with Văn Hoá newspaper , Mr. Kyaw Swar Win, a member of the Myanmar Cultural Arts Troupe, under the Ministry of Culture, Hotels and Tourism of Myanmar, said that the troupe performed two acts. The first act was Mingalabar Myanmar .

Speaking further about the performance, Mr. Kyaw Swar Win said, “‘Mingalabar’ is a greeting in the Myanmar language, similar to how people usually say ‘hello’ when they meet. Therefore, this performance is meant as a greeting from the Myanmar delegation to the audience.”

The second performance was a traditional Myanmar string puppet show. The troupe performed a type of puppetry using controlled strings, a distinctive traditional art form of Myanmar.

The performance was presented by the Myanmar art troupe.

In addition, the delegation will also perform another act during the closing ceremony. Mr. Kyaw Swar Win expressed his delight at participating in the festival and said that the gathering of art troupes and cultural programs from many countries here is a wonderful idea of ​​Vietnam.

"We are delighted to participate and have the opportunity to introduce Myanmar culture to audiences from other countries through our performances," said Kyaw Swar Win .
