* According to Decision No. 1507/QD-TTg, the National APEC 2027 Committee is tasked with assisting the Prime Minister in directing, supervising, and coordinating among the Subcommittees and the Secretariat, ministries, sectors, localities, and relevant agencies in the process of preparing and organizing conferences and activities of the APEC 2027 Year.

The National Committee comprises five subcommittees: the Content subcommittee, the Material and Logistics subcommittee, the Security and Health subcommittee, the Propaganda and Culture subcommittee, and the Protocol subcommittee.

The Secretariat is a permanent body assisting the National Committee, chaired by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and under the direct supervision of the Committee Chairman, with representatives from the Government Office, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
