On the morning of October 5th, a large fire broke out in Trung Gia commune ( Hanoi ). The fire created a column of black smoke rising high into the air, visible to people several kilometers away.
According to a representative from the Trung Gia Commune People's Committee, the fire occurred at 7:00 AM on the same day in Hop Nhat village, Trung Gia commune. The fire took place at Hung Thinh Motorcycle Parts Investment and Trading Company Limited. The burned factory area covered approximately 500 square meters.
By approximately 8:30 AM that same day, four fire trucks had been deployed, along with about 200 people from local forces at the scene to help extinguish the fire.
According to local officials, the fire caused no casualties, and all property inside the house had been moved. The preliminary cause of the fire has been determined to be an electrical short circuit.
