On October 5, 2026, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh City issued document No. 11112/UBND-KTN, approving the transfer of agricultural land use rights to Rùa Vàng Trading Joint Stock Company.
The document states: The People's Committee of Bac Ninh City approves the transfer of land use rights for 3,816.2 m2 of agricultural land from households and individuals to Golden Turtle Trading Joint Stock Company for the implementation of the project "General Commercial Service Area and High-Class Hotel in the Southern Urban Area of Bac Giang City" ( the location of the land plot is identified on the land plot map attached to the application).
According to the document from the People's Committee of Bac Ninh City, the land plot permitted for transfer is located in Tan Tien Ward, Bac Ninh City.
The purpose of land use after receiving the land use rights transfer and changing the land use purpose to implement the investment project is: The project for a comprehensive commercial service and high-class hotel complex in the southern part of Bac Giang city, according to Decision No. 516/QD-UBND dated September 2, 2016, approving the investment policy, and amended for the first time on August 28, 2025, by Decision No. 168/QD-UBND dated August 28, 2025, of the Provincial People's Committee. The purpose of land use is commercial and service land (TMD).
According to a document from the Bac Ninh City People's Committee, Golden Turtle Trading Joint Stock Company must complete the agreement to acquire land use rights within 24 months from the date the Chairman of the City People's Committee issues the document approving the acquisition of land use rights.
If the Golden Turtle Trading Joint Stock Company fails to complete the transfer within the 24-month period, the relevant matters shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Article 61 of Government Decree No. 102/2024/ND-CP dated July 30, 2024.
