According to the Argentine Ministry of Economy , under the "golden passport" program, foreigners can apply for citizenship by making a non-refundable contribution of $350,000 to the state budget or purchasing $800,000 worth of government bonds specifically for the program. Applications will undergo a vetting process regarding the source of funds, security, and anti-money laundering measures.
