Due to the influence of a cold front compressing a low-pressure trough, Tuyen Quang will experience scattered showers and thunderstorms on October 4-5, with some areas experiencing heavy to very heavy rain. From the night of October 4, the wind will shift to the Northeast at level 2-3; the weather will turn cold, especially in the high mountainous areas of the northern part of the province where it will be freezing.
The lowest temperatures during this period in most areas of the province are forecast to be between 19-21°C; in the high mountainous areas of the northern part of the province, temperatures will be between 14-16°C, possibly occurring on October 5th and 6th.
Before the cold front arrived, the weather in Tuyen Quang on October 3rd was still hot and humid. Currently, the cold front has not affected the weather in the province.
Notably, during thunderstorms, people need to be wary of the possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind. These dangerous weather phenomena can affect agricultural production, cause trees to fall, damage houses, transportation infrastructure, and threaten human safety.
