The 2026 Lifelong Learning Week, themed "Learning by Doing, Mastering Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence to Build a Learning Society and Promote Lifelong Learning," will be held in Dong Van ward from October 1st to 7th, 2026. This is an opportunity for Dong Van ward to further raise awareness among agencies, units, educational institutions, and the people about the role and significance of lifelong learning and building a learning society; and to contribute to the implementation of the "Digital Literacy Movement," promoting digital transformation and creating equal learning opportunities for everyone.
Through this Week, the Dong Van Ward Community Learning Center strives to create conditions for learners, workers, and the public to access and practice essential digital skills; to know how to use artificial intelligence appropriately, safely, and responsibly; and to utilize digital learning platforms and online public services. At the same time, it encourages agencies, units, educational institutions, and social organizations to organize practical learning activities.
In response to Lifelong Learning Week, the Center issues a call to action: Every official, civil servant, employee, and citizen should proactively learn and choose at least one essential digital skill to practice, use proficiently, and apply to their work, studies, or daily life.

Immediately following the launch ceremony for the Lifelong Learning Week, the Community Learning Center of the ward held its opening ceremony for the 2026-2027 school year . Speaking at the ceremony, a representative of the Center's leadership stated that, in the past school year, with the attention of the Party Committee, the government, and the coordination of various departments, organizations, the Association for the Promotion of Learning, schools, residential groups, and the people, the Center's activities have gradually become more organized. Many topics related to policies, laws, healthcare, science and technology, life skills, culture and society, and technology applications have been conveyed to the people through various appropriate forms, contributing to bringing knowledge closer to the community.
Entering the 2026-2027 academic year, the Center will continue to innovate its content and methods of operation, strengthen the mobilization of resources, and create more learning opportunities to meet the needs of the people.

On this occasion, the Dong Van Ward Community Learning Center awarded prizes to families with outstanding achievements in promoting education and talent development. Following the conference, the Center collaborated with Viettel Ninh Binh to deliver two lectures: Popular AI learning and Information security when learning and using AI; and deploying the AI Buddy Education Ecosystem for people to participate in the classes.
