The closing art program took place at 8 PM on October 4th at Thang Long Imperial Citadel and was broadcast live on VTV1. The closing night brought together a lineup of renowned artists, highly anticipated by many viewers, including: People's Artist Dieu Huong, People's Artist Que Tran, Meritorious Artist Vo Minh Lam, Huong Tram, Anh Tu, singer Kieu Anh, UPRIZE, Sao Tuoi Tho Club, Tre Dance Troupe, Moc Cam Traditional Orchestra, and the Vietnam Puppet Theatre.
Besides Vietnamese artists, the program also features performances by art troupes from Belgium, Bulgaria, Cambodia, India, Iran, Mexico, Myanmar, the Philippines , Russia, and the United Arab Emirates. The participation of domestic and international artists and troupes promises to create a vibrant performance space, contributing to the celebration of the richness and uniqueness of various cultures.
The program was structured into three chapters: A Convergence of Colors, Vietnam - A Living Heritage Land, and Holding Hands Towards the Future. Through artistic performances, the closing ceremony continued to convey the message of exchange, sharing, respect for differences, and strengthening connections between cultures.
According to Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong, preparations for the closing ceremony's art program have been completed. The program will feature many unique elements, including performances by several international art troupes that did not perform at the opening night.

Alongside performances by international art troupes, the performances by Vietnamese artists continued to showcase the rich national culture, blending tradition and modernity. Through this, the program contributed to presenting an image of a dynamic Vietnam, rich in identity, with a long-standing culture and always open to exchange with the world .
"The program also showcases the image of a Vietnam that always cherishes and strives to preserve the cultural heritage values of the nation; proactively and selectively absorbing the finest aspects of human culture, developing and integrating with the world," Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong emphasized.
At the program rehearsal held on the evening of October 3rd, Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong emphasized the need to focus on the overarching message of the closing ceremony. Accordingly, the selected performances and images should contribute to affirming the significance of the Festival as a space for meeting, sharing, and enhancing understanding between cultures.
In particular, the program's conclusion should create a lasting impact, reflecting the spirit of continued connection after the festival ends. The meetings and exchanges within the framework of the event are expected to become a foundation for promoting cultural cooperation activities in the future.
Concluding four vibrant days, the closing art program of the Second World Cultural Festival in Hanoi was not only an opportunity to reflect on the colorful journey of cultural exchange but also conveyed a message about the long-term connection, companionship, and cooperation between nations. The closing night was expected to leave a beautiful impression on the public, while also igniting hopes for future opportunities for cultural exchange and cooperation.
