According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, the 2026 job fair, organized by Hoang Mai ward in coordination with Tuong Mai, Yen So, Dinh Cong, Hoang Liet, Linh Nam, and Vinh Hung wards, will take place on the morning of October 4th at Thinh Liet Secondary School (Gelexia Riverside Urban Area, Group 35, Hoang Mai Ward, Hanoi City).
The event featured 30 participating organizations and businesses offering 1,974 job and training opportunities. Specifically, there were 270 training positions and 1,704 job openings.
According to a summary from the Hanoi Employment Service Center, the demand for workers with a high school diploma accounts for 793 out of 1,704 positions; the demand for workers with intermediate-level technical skills accounts for 385 out of 1,704 positions; and the demand for workers with a college degree or higher accounts for 526 out of 1,704 positions.
The number of high-income positions with salaries of 15 million VND/month or more is 392 out of 1,704. This income level is for high-quality positions, employees with good experience and expertise, and the ability to handle high work pressure.
The number of positions with incomes ranging from 10-15 million VND/month is 731 out of 1,704. This income level applies to positions in specialized fields, technical, managerial, supervisory roles, and other jobs requiring specific qualifications, skills, or experience.
Out of 1,704 job openings, 454 had incomes below 10 million VND/month. This income level is mainly concentrated in positions such as production workers, mechanics, and security guards. While experience isn't highly demanding, skills and adaptability to the work environment are still necessary for this income level.
There are 127 job positions with negotiable income levels. This group of jobs offers high income flexibility, depending on the employee's skills, experience, and negotiation abilities.
Recruitment demand by age group shows that the group under 30 has the highest recruitment demand with 811 positions. This is a young workforce with good health, the ability to adapt quickly to the work environment, dynamism, and a willingness to meet the requirements of time, intensity, and working conditions of businesses.
The 31-40 age group has 562 job openings. This group consists of workers with work experience, professional skills, and a strong sense of discipline, making them suitable for positions requiring specialized expertise and long-term stability.
The 41-50 age group has 181 job openings. Recruitment needs in this group are mainly focused on jobs that do not require excessive physical exertion or positions requiring practical experience.
The 51-60 age group has 150 job openings. Job opportunities for older workers are limited, mainly concentrated in positions that do not require high physical strength, are stable in nature, or require practical experience and skills.
