On the second day of the festival, the food court at Thang Long Imperial Citadel continued to attract large crowds of locals and tourists. The stalls were decorated with the unique characteristics of each country, from colors and presentation to flavors, creating a diverse culinary landscape within the heritage setting.
From familiar Asian dishes to distinctive European flavors, each region offers a unique story of culinary culture. Diners can not only enjoy the food but also directly observe the preparation process, learning about the origins and cultural aspects associated with each dish.

In the Turkish food area, kebabs prepared and served on the spot attract the attention of many diners. The distinctive flavor of grilled meat combined with bread, vegetables, and sauces creates a unique culinary experience amidst the festive atmosphere.

The stalls from France also impressed with their wide variety of pastries, including croissants and other typical French dishes. The eye-catching presentation, rich colors, and aroma of freshly baked goods always drew large crowds to the area.

The atmosphere in the food court becomes even more vibrant as diners enjoy their meals, chat, take photos, and discover new flavors. For many, each dish is not just a culinary experience, but also a way to connect with the culture, customs, and way of life of a region.
Cuisine thus becomes a special part of the festival experience. Each dish carries a story about its birthplace, from history and culture to the identity of the community. When different flavors come together, differences do not create distance but become the starting point for encounters, sharing, and understanding.
Taking place from October 1st to 4th at Thang Long Imperial Citadel, the second World Culture Festival in Hanoi features 45 cultural spaces, 35 food stalls, along with art, film, fashion programs and many experiential activities. The film screening program has 18 participating countries, contributing to a diverse cultural exchange space throughout the four days of the festival.
In the heart of Thang Long Imperial Citadel, flavors from many regions converge, creating a vibrant tapestry of world culinary culture. Through the dishes and the stories behind each flavor, the festival opens up a space for close interaction, where cultures meet, intertwine, and become a bridge connecting people. From there, it spreads the image of an open, friendly, and proactive Vietnam connecting with international friends for peace, cooperation, and development.
