This program is part of the activities leading up to the 75th anniversary of the Political Academy's founding (October 25, 1951 / October 25, 2026).
Visiting the birthplace of the Vietnam People's Army Intermediate Political School (the predecessor of the Political Academy) in Phuong Tien commune (Thai Nguyen province), the delegation respectfully laid flowers and offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the memorial plaque located within the historical site. It was here, during a visit, that President Ho Chi Minh gave the following instruction: “”. Following his teachings, generations of lecturers, students, staff, and soldiers of the Academy have continuously strived, overcome all difficulties, and worked hard to build the Academy into a leading center for training and fostering political cadres, and conducting research in military social sciences and humanities for the Army and the nation .

Also in Phuong Tien commune, on October 2nd and 3rd, the delegation from the Political Academy provided free medical examinations, health consultations, and medication to policy beneficiaries, war veterans, and impoverished households. On October 3rd alone, the Academy's medical staff received, examined, and dispensed medicine to over 300 people. In addition, the leaders of the Political Academy presented gifts to Phuong Tien commune, along with 20 gift packages for policy beneficiaries, war veterans, and impoverished households in the area, totaling nearly 40 million VND. Prior to this, the Academy also coordinated with the local Party committee and government to inaugurate and hand over two "Houses of Great Solidarity" and one "House of Compassion" to disadvantaged families and policy beneficiary families in Phuong Tien commune.

On behalf of the local Party Committee, government, and people, Ms. Chu Thi Thuy Ha, Secretary of the Phuong Tien Commune Party Committee, expressed her deep gratitude to the officers, lecturers, students, staff, and soldiers of the Academy. She emphasized that the practical support in housing, medical care, and welfare gifts from the Academy not only helped the people alleviate difficulties and stabilize their lives but also created motivation for the locality to strive for progress. The commune's Party Committee and government pledged to continue coordinating efforts to effectively educate on revolutionary traditions, preserve, and beautify the historical site where the Academy was founded, so that it will forever remain a "red address" for educating the younger generation about revolutionary ideals.
During their visit to the ATK Dinh Hoa National Special Historical Site, the delegation from the Political Academy offered incense and flowers at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial House on the top of Deo De Pass (Phu Dinh commune, Thai Nguyen province); and offered incense and planted a commemorative tree at the Pu Don Hill (Phong Tuong Hill) historical site in Tin Keo hamlet, Phu Dinh commune.

On the same day, the delegation visited the Tan Trao National Special Historical Site in Tan Trao commune ( Tuyen Quang province). There, the delegation offered incense at the memorial to President Ho Chi Minh and other revolutionary predecessors, laid flowers at the "Uncle Ho in Tan Trao" monument, and toured the Na Nua Hut historical site.
