Following the opening ceremony on the evening of October 1st, the second World Culture Festival in Hanoi 2026 officially begins its four-day run from now until October 4th at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel historical site in Hanoi.

The siblings Hoa Minzy and Duc Phuc made the festival "heat up".

One of the most anticipated performances at the festival is the reunion of Hòa Minzy, Meritorious Artist Xuân Hinh, and musician Tuấn Cry on stage performing the hit song Bắc Bling.

Along with the Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song Theatre, the lion and dragon dance troupe, and others, the three groups made the festival "burn with energy." Below, the audience enthusiastically waved their lightsticks to the familiar dance moves.

Tuan Cry's song incorporates characteristic art forms of the Northern region of Vietnam, such as Quan Ho folk songs from Bac Ninh, Hat Van, Xam, and Cheo. The lyrics are inspired by familiar melodies like "Eat a betel nut," "Don't leave, my love," or ancient folk songs.

Combining traditional Vietnamese instruments with hip-hop/EDM on a modern, fast-paced, and pulsating rhythm, the performance presented an image of a vibrant Vietnam today that still retains its rich traditional flavors, showcasing it to international friends.

Duc Phuc also "set the stage on fire" with Phu Dong Thien Vuong - the performance that helped him beat 22 contestants from other countries to become the champion of Intervision 2025. He also performed the song "Nguoi Oi Nguoi O Dung Ve" as a message to the audience.

Meanwhile, Truc Nhan and Gom show got the audience dancing along to " Trong Com" (Rice Drum) with the message "I love Vietnam".

This is also one of the opportunities for international audiences to learn about Vietnam's Xam folk music heritage through the Hanoi Xam medley performed by Ha Myo and rapper Tobby.

Contemporary Xẩm (a traditional Vietnamese folk music genre), combined with rap and vibrant dance, is truly an exciting invitation and a delightful treat for guests from afar.

Vietnamese people love each other and people from all over the world come together.

The cultural program also brought together five continents on one stage. Artists from China, Russia, Peru, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Pakistan, Israel, Azerbaijan, Laos, Ukraine, South Korea, and other countries presented their national specialties, creating a space for international cultural exchange right at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel.

It could be the famous Marinera dance – an intangible cultural heritage of Peru since 1986. Or the Apsara dance, which is not only a supreme cultural symbol of Cambodia but also a globally recognized dance art form.
