The highly anticipated special program features the participation of People's Artist Diệu Hương, People's Artist Quế Trần, Meritorious Artist Võ Minh Lâm, Hương Tràm, Anh Tú, singer Kiều Anh, UPRIZE, Sao Tuổi Thơ Club, Bamboo Dance Troupe, Mộc Cầm Traditional Orchestra and Vietnam Puppet Theatre.
Alongside them were art troupes from Belgium, Bulgaria, Cambodia, India, Iran, Mexico, Myanmar, the Philippines , Russia, and the United Arab Emirates.
The program consists of three parts : Colors Converging, Vietnam - A Living Heritage Land , and Holding Hands Towards the Future.
According to Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong, preparations for the closing art program of the second World Cultural Festival in Hanoi have been completed. The program will feature many unique elements, including the participation of several international art troupes that did not perform at the opening night.
International performing arts groups continued to deliver impressive performances at the Closing Ceremony.
Alongside performances by international art troupes, Vietnamese artists will continue to showcase the rich cultural heritage of the nation, with many performances blending tradition and contemporary styles. This will contribute to presenting an image of a dynamic Vietnam, rich in identity and with a long-standing cultural heritage.
"The program also showcases the image of a Vietnam that always cherishes and strives to preserve the cultural heritage values of the nation; proactively and selectively absorbing the finest aspects of human culture, developing and integrating with the world," Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong emphasized.
The program affirms the cultural imprint of Vietnam at the festival.
At the program rehearsal held on the evening of October 3rd, Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong emphasized the need to focus on the message of the Closing Ceremony. The selected performances and images must contribute to affirming the significance of the Festival as a space for meeting, sharing, and enhancing understanding between cultures.
The program's conclusion should leave a lasting impression, reflecting the spirit of continued connection after the festival ends, so that the encounters within the event become a foundation for future cultural cooperation activities.
Concluding four vibrant days of festivities, the Closing Ceremony of the Second World Cultural Festival in Hanoi will be a moment of reflection to honor and ignite hope for a long-term collaborative journey with the core message: Closing the festival - Opening a new journey of connection .
