Accordingly, the Department of Finance, the Management Board of the High-Tech Zone and Industrial Parks, and the Management Board of the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone need to urgently review and urge projects, factories, and businesses that have imported raw materials and equipment to quickly put them into production and export.

The People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to proactively coordinate with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and relevant agencies to provide market information, technical barriers, and opportunities arising from FTAs, in order to support businesses in quickly adapting to fluctuations in the international market.

At the same time, this unit is responsible for advising the City People's Committee on plans and solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles and resolve requests from businesses, in order to promptly support effective production and business activities, contributing to achieving the "double-digit" growth target in 2026.

Key businesses in the city (both inside and outside the High-Tech Park, Economic Zone, and industrial parks) are responsible for reporting on production, orders, and import/export activities for the first nine months of 2026 and updating the data monthly in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The report should focus on clearly outlining new orders, growth rates compared to the same period in 2025, and the difficulties businesses face regarding market conditions, labor, logistics, and regulations from import markets...
