According to initial information, at around 12 noon on the same day, residents discovered a fire at a one-story house with an upper floor on Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Minh Phung Ward.

Upon discovering the fire, many nearby residents and those inside the house shouted for help and used mini fire extinguishers and water to put out the fire on the spot, but without success.

The fire spread rapidly, emitting large amounts of black smoke that enveloped the area.

Upon receiving the report, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Fire and Rescue Force dispatched two fire trucks and dozens of officers and soldiers to the scene, deploying water hoses to isolate and extinguish the fire.

After about 30 minutes of firefighting efforts, the blaze was brought under control and completely extinguished. The fire caused no casualties but destroyed a significant amount of property inside.

Reportedly, the house in question utilizes the ground floor's facade for an ice business, while the upper floors serve as living quarters for the staff.

The cause of the house fire and the exact extent of the damage are currently being investigated by the authorities.
