To ensure the success of the music festival and create a positive impression on the people, tourists, and delegates, Provincial Party Secretary Le Minh Ngan requested the Organizing Committee and relevant units to continue reviewing the entire organizational plan; to arrange convenient areas for people and visitors to experience digital platforms, cuisine , and OCOP products. Functional forces should proactively monitor the situation and deploy appropriate personnel in key areas; effectively implement traffic flow management and regulation, guide people to parking areas and program venues; and ensure security and order throughout the event. Simultaneously, emphasis should be placed on ensuring food safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention and control. Increased communication and guidance should be provided to ensure that people and tourists comply with the Organizing Committee's regulations, maintain environmental hygiene, and ensure security and order.

Inspecting the food court, Provincial Party Secretary Le Minh Ngan requested that stall owners ensure food safety and hygiene, offer a variety of attractive dishes, and meet the needs of local people and tourists.

Y-Fest 2026 took place over two days, October 2-3, at the People's Square in Lai Chau province, featuring many exciting and attractive activities such as: the grand music festival "Viettel Y-Fest 2026 - Beat of Life" starting at 7:30 PM on October 3; a 5G experience zone, interacting with the Viettel Tammi ecosystem and the TV360 application; street parades by ethnic minority groups such as the Mong, Giay, Lu, and Thai; an exhibition space showcasing local agricultural products and OCOP products; and a culinary space.

Provincial Party Secretary Le Minh Ngan requested that the authorities ensure good security and order, and regulate and manage traffic flow during the event.

This is the first time Lai Chau has hosted such a grand, large-scale music event, attracting tens of thousands of spectators from within and outside the province, featuring many popular young stars. The sophisticated blend of music, technology, and local culture at the music festival not only brought joy to the people but also opened up a space to promote the image, people, products, and tourism potential of Lai Chau to a wide range of visitors.
